The single-plated evening dinner reception packages start with 5 hours of hall privileges with 4 hours of open bar (Deluxe Package) including premium and top shelf liquor. All wedding packages include: Spumante champagne toast, fresh flowers or 3 votive candles on each table, Soup, Salad, Entrée of your choice, Potato, Vegetable and choice of dessert. Vegetarian/Fish – Vegetarian stir fry or Oven baked Salmon
Poultry – Florentine, Marsala or Cornish Hen
Prime Rib – Prime rib of roast beef
Filet Mignon – Filet mignon with Chicken Breast compliment
Royal Package – Extends open bar and hall privileges for an extra hour
Regal Package – Extends open bar and hall privileges for two hours
